It’s not your fault! Frankly, you weren’t given enough time to decide what you really wanted to do before you were so hastily shipped off to an institute of higher learning. Having said that, the world is not going to stop and ask you, “Would you like more time to adjust?” It doesn’t work that way. The road to college is laden with freedom, however, it’s also fraught with responsibility and situations you have to meet…head on!
Once you’re in, your mission is simple…get the best grades possible, graduate, get a “good” job, and live out the desires of your heart. I would mention retirement, but you’re a long way from that right now, so we’ll save that for another post. There is a slight aside college newbies fail to discuss with their parents when deciding to go to college: WHAT AM I GOING TO DO WITH THE REST OF MY LIFE?!
Let’s get serious. When you enter college, you’re at an age where you don’t know what the hell you want to do! Yet at the same time, your parents are pushing you to do something…anything. So as not to disappoint dear old Mom and Dad, you head off to a university to make them proud, not knowing if this same journey will make YOU proud.
You see, you may talk to your parents about “majors” but do you really talk to them about what ACTUALLY make you happy? What if your passion lies outside of the confines of the college catalog? Then what? Wouldn’t it be awesome to know this PREVIOUS to paying huge sums of money? If you’re going to pay BIG BUCKS for a college education, it better be something you love!
I must…say there is nothing wrong with going to college, but there is an inherent problem with the college system…
THERE IS LITTLE REAL-WORLD APPLICATION…ONLY THEORY!
The whole system is becoming obsolete, and fast. Nevertheless, there is still value in college because the main driving force of your human spirit is learning. It’s been proven that if we keep learning, we keep living. Amazing, huh?
Now, colleges are not going to change their ways just because we want them to. The fact is, most students love college, but theory is useless without application. What good is watching 900 football quarterback videos if you’re never going to step onto the gridiron? In the same breath, what good is majoring in broadcast communications for 4 years yet you’ve never actually been to a radio station or spoke into a microphone? Get my point?
The purpose of a degree is not only to prove your knowledge by passing exams, but to ignite something in you that makes you want to stay the course in your major, then into your career. It is my belief that real-world, hands-on training should occur much more often and quickly. It opens your mind to find what pushes you to get out of that comfortable bed early in the AM. Engaging physically in your field lets you know if there is something there.
So, if you are going to college, then this large investment in your future should be on something that incites a heat from deep inside you. Something that is worth being in that kind of debt for. If you don’t feel absolute joy when you talk about what you do, then it’s (quite bluntly) going to be hell on Earth! Before we condemn you to the fiery depths, let me propose an alternative…
It’s difficult to find a job now-a-days, let alone a job you love. Finding that seems to be almost impossible…and for the most part, it is. That is, if you take the traditional route. Resumes (aka CVs) are a frivolous waste of paper and CAN’T inspire anyone to action. In addition to that, getting on a job board is committing career suicide.
If you blast out your resume to every one who’s posted a job, you may as well put in bold letters at the top, “FILE THIS UNDER ‘T’ FOR TRASH”. That’s just how worthless this exercise is…or let me put it this way, would you like to look through thousands of white stacks of paper of candidates who are all “dedicated, hard-working, and punctual”…
I DIDN’T THINK SO!
Times have changed, thus, it’s time for something new…Successternships. I don’t force anything, so if you like sending out mass resumes hoping for a call back, that is cool with me for sure. This is the alternative to this unproductive problem.
Wouldn’t it make more sense for you to pick and choose from hundreds (or even thousands) of employers who are willing to let you take advantage of on-site training? What if you could try numerous opportunities in WEEKS without having to spend 2-4 YEARS in college for each one? Sounds good, huh?
It’s now a reality. If you are ambitious, hard-working, and willing to try a Sucessternship, you may find supreme fulfillment in discovering that which makes you happy.
Save yourself the trouble of going to various places of employment and submitting resumes for positions where you don’t know if you’d even like the people, the work environment, or what you’d be doing? Wouldn’t it make more sense to “try out” some different employers to see if they fit YOUR style and work preferences?
THE CHOICE BELONGS TO YOU
Should you opt for the easy, effective solution to unearthing your true calling without the time or expense of completing a college degree, it’s easy to do! Finishing your degree is rewarding, satisfying, and offers many real-world benefits, BUT only if you ENJOY the path you chose.
Hit the “Book Now” button at the top of this page and GET STARTED. You can choose 1 week all the way up to 20 weeks if you want. Sound cool? It gets better. If you should choose multiple weeks (2 or more), you can do one week at a time at different locations. The cost of this opportunity is nominal compared to the astronomical, ever-rising cost of a college education.
Let’s just say you ring up 7 weeks, you can try something new every week for 7 weeks! Talk about having variety. If this is too much moving around for you, then order up 10 weeks and stay at the same site for all 10 weeks. You have to appreciate the flexibility.
…BUT WAIT…THERE’S MORE!
The more weeks you sign up for, the more of a discount you’ll get. You’ll also get access to our special relationships with these high profile sites. Nothing about our “Successternships” are ordinary. We attempt to bring you only sites we think are unique and worthy of your time.
Our experts have developed amazing relationships with the sites we have available for you and we’d like to keep it that way. Thus,
…THIS IS NOT FOR…
- Professional Refund Deadbeats

- Closed-Minded Critics Still Tethered To The Traditional System

I look forward to helping you start your life with passion and purpose in a new way. I can only hope that you join us on a ride that will take you and I on a successful journey to what we want out of life.
